Meinl PJC50B Pickup Jam Wood-Cajon

The Pickup Jam Cajon with fixed internal snares and passive Piezo pickup is perfect for playing on the go. Its compact design is lightweight and easy to carry to drum circles or acoustic gigs. Crafted in Europe from Baltic birch wood, the Jam Cajon has great low-end punch when played near the center and dishes out snare drum "slap" sounds when striking the top corners of the playing surface. An internal pickup, volume knob and 6.3 mm output jack allow you to boost your sound with any amp or PA system. The front plate is made from 3 mm Baltic Birch plywood and the resonating body is made from 6 mm Baltic Birch plywood.
