Each string is covered in a microscopic thin treatment, lasting 4 times longer than uncoated competitors. An 80/20 bronze alloy consists of 80% copper and 20% zinc. These strings sound super bright and articulate, but naturally lose their sparkle relatively fast – the XT coating counteracts this.
