Portable speaker cabinet for electric bass guitar from GS series that combines full lows, “growly” mids, and a smooth top end with an impressive amount of volume to make one of the most popular units on the market. When it was released it not only won awards and magazine product “shootouts” but it changed the way bass players think of 12” speakers. Fatter sounding than 10” speakers and quicker responding than 15” speakers, this cabinet has found a home in all styles of music. Equipped with one 12” cast frame woofer and a phenolic tweeter with integral phase plug, it can handle 300 W RMS, providing a frequency response of 42 Hz to 16 kHz. Other features include custom crossover with variable tweeter control, one Neutrik Speakon and two 6.3mm inputs. The enclosure of the cabinet is made of 7-ply, void-free Philippine mahogany and features a spring-loaded handle and locking corners. Sensitivity: 95 dB 1W 1M. Impedance: 8 ohms.
