Assisted conversions are taking into account sessions where:

• an "search" was used and there was a "click" within autocomplete/search/recommendation results (so it could be a click leading to a category or brand page) and
• afterwards a conversion event was recorded (e.g., "add-to-cart") within the session.

Direct conversions are based on a sequence of events, such as:

• "search" → "conversion event" (e.g., add-to-cart) on a search result or
• "autocomplete" → "click" to go to product detail page → "conversion event" on a product detail page.
